Lisa Moule has been my realtor for many years and has sold two of my ocean front properties. This last property on the Esplanade in Redondo Beach, CA needed a lot of work in order to get a quality return for it. With me having very little to no time to handle the repairs and remodel, I asked her to take it on for me. Little to say, she took the bull by the horns and GOT IT HANDLED! She not only interviewed and researched many different contractors, she obtained bids on doing a top notch gut and remodel to doing minimal work at the best price possible. She analyzed and dissected the bids and we managed to remodel this home with the best contractor for very little money with top notch repairs and upgrades. We listed this, now stunning ocean front 1 bedroom condo at the highest comp possible at $857,000. Lisa added a few final touches with staging and got the home sold within the first couple days at $213,000 OVER ASKING!!! We had multiple offers and over 150 people coming through the very well publicized open house. We closed escrow in 7 days, all cash and no contingencies for $1,070,000! I couldn't have been happier!! She far exceeded my expectations and she will have my referrals for life! Lisa was the leasing agent on a house that I rented last year. It was a bit complicated and Lisa did a great job of working with me and the landlord to bring a deal together. She was also great to work with after the fact, even though it really wasn't her responsibility. Very responsive too..

We put our faith in Lisa and utilized all of her skills to purchase our house in Torrance and sell our condo in Playa del Rey. This was no easy task as we made the purchase of the house non-contingecy before even listing our condo.

I could go into alot of details of her professionalism and attention to details but the bottom line is, Lisa got us the house we wanted and sold our condo without having to make two mortgage payments during the months of November/December.

Since I do not live in the area there was a lot of extra demands on her to arrange for some improvements and clean up to be done that took her extra time. She always did what was needed in my absence and did so with my budget and cost in mind as though it was her property. When I had multiple offers she steered me to the best possible tenant.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa in 2013. I was looking for the right place to call home and being a first time homebuyer was definitely intimidating. Lisa was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process, womb to tomb, and after about a years worth of searching, I ended up purchasing a Condo in the 360 South Bay Community. Let the record show that I ask a LOT of questions. Lisa fully exceeded my expectations in not pretending to know some of the answer to the questions that I had asked, but more so in how she promptly researched the answers and got back to me with even more detail than had been requested! I realize that the 5-star ratings that I'm leaving seem to imply that I'm simply doing her a favor by rating her "perfectly". I wouldn't call the experience that she and I went through anywhere near perfect, but then again what first time home buying experience is? What's more important than any ratings will ever show, however, is that Lisa builds a personal relationship with her clients so as to truly understand what it is that we are looking for in a home. That's what I appreciated most out of this. I couldn't have been more fortunate in stumbling across Lisa and can honestly say that she's made a friend and client out of me for life!

We've been looking for a very specific place with the ocean view that no one could find. Lisa was the only realtor that was able to find EXACTLY what we've been looking for. We were relocating to Redondo Beach and were lucky enough to have Lisa represent us in buying our "forever home". We had very specific requirements of what we were looking for in our new home. Lisa really listened to our requirements and our budget and did not try to steer us to properties that did not meet our stringent requirements. Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $1.05M in Redondo Beach, CA.

Lisa is very patience, knowledgeable and accountable professional. When I first met her in February 2012, I was not sure if I was going to buy a house in Torrance or Northridge. Amazingly, she explored the Valley area which is far from and totally different then Bay area. Sometime, I felt guilty of taking her so much time away. Because of my picky nature I had let go off some good opportunities in this 5 moths of process, still she didn’t give up on me. There it shows she is very passionate about her job and do care of her clients. She has shown me many houses in both cities to fit my budget and include almost everything in my wish list. She would not only answer the call immediately, but also constantly update you with the newest listing. I would not have been able to buy my ‘Dream Home’ with real good deal, if I didn’t have Lisa’s guidance and help. In February, I didn’t have any knowledge of house or area and now thanks to Lisa not only I have a beautiful home near the best middle and high school but also she educated me with the all the details that I should know as a first time homebuyer. Lisa was simply amazing. My husband and I were moving to PV from the east coast and looking for a place to buy or rent in the area. We didn't know the market and we were really specific with what we needed given that we had young kids and a big dog. She was available whenever we had any questions. She'd respond within an hour to any inquiry that we had. She really went out of her way and found us exactly what we were looking for.
